Rear Suspension Frame, Bushing And Pad Check; Wheel Hub With Wheel Bearing And Wheel Stud Removal And Installation (2Wd Model) - Suzuki Liana RH413 Service Manual

2C-16 Rear Suspension:
2) Install differential mounting bracket and differential
with differential mounting to suspension frame.
Tighten each bolt to specified torque. Refer to "Rear
Differential Front Mounting Removal and Installation
in Section 3B" and "Rear Differential Rear Mounting
Removal and Installation in Section 3B".
3) Connect No.2 propeller shaft to differential aligning
match marks on flanges. Tighten bolts and nuts to
specified torque. Refer to "Propeller Shaft Removal
and Installation in Section 3D".
4) Install right and left drive shafts. Refer to "Rear Drive
Shaft Removal and Installation in Section 3A".
5) Install control rods. Refer to "Control Rod Removal
and Installation".
6) Attach LSPV spring end to left side control rod (No.2)
referring to "LSPV (Load Sensing Proportioning
Valve) Removal and Installation in Section 4A" and
adjust LSPV spring referring to "LSPV (Load
Sensing Proportioning Valve) Inspection and
Adjustment in Section 4A" (if equipped with LSPV).
7) Install stabilizer bar. Refer to "Front Stabilizer Bar
and/or Bushings Removal and Installation in Section
2B".
8) Install muffler. Refer to "Exhaust Manifold Removal
and Installation in Section 1K".
9) Fill differential oil. Refer to "Rear Differential Oil
Change in Section 3B".
10) Install wheels and tighten wheel nuts to specified
torque.
Tightening torque
Wheel nut: 85 N·m (8.5 kgf-m, 61.5 lb-ft)
Rear Suspension Frame, Bushing and Pad
Check
Inspect for cracks, deformation or damage. If any faulty
condition is found, replace.

Wheel Hub with Wheel Bearing and Wheel Stud
Removal and Installation (2WD Model)
Removal
1) Remove rear brake drum. Refer to "Rear Brake
Drum Removal and Installation in Section 4C".
2) Remove spindle cap (1) as shown (by hammering
lightly at 3 locations around it so as not to deform or
cause damage to seating part of cap).

3) Uncaulk spindle nut and remove spindle nut (2).
4) Pull wheel hub (1) off by using special tools.
