3.6 Upgrading LDK24 system

Once LDK24 system is operational and IP network connectivity has been established, it is
possible to upgrade the firmware and configuration by using either :
• Using FTP
Upgrading
• Using TFTP
Upgrading
• Using HTTP
Upgrading
Now, in LDK24 system it is possible only to upgrade the firmware using HTTP.

3.6.1 Upgrading using HTTP

This functionality allows you to upload firmware images to the LDK24 System using HTTP.
"A .tar" archive is uploaded to the RAM of your LDK24 System. The archive is unpacked
automatically, files are validated and then written to Flash memory.
a. From the System menu, click Upgrade. The following page is displayed:
b. Type in the network location of the new firmware image that you want to upload, or use
the Browse button to browse through the network and select the file. Click on Upgrade.
