    5 SETUP FLOW ABOUT SETUP Initial Device Setup First of all, you must set up how this equipment is managed and works as copier, printer, scan- ner, and facsimile. This equipment can be used with the default settings, but some must be con- figured for this equipment works properly.

Once TopAccess is enabled, users can view the device information, and manage their jobs remotely from the computer using the web browser. Even though IPP printing can be used in the local area network, this method is commonly used to print over the Internet. If you allow IPP printing through the Internet, you must configure the DNS server to enable users to access this equipment over the Internet using the HTTP protocol.
