Note that If the SVM is being installed in a system that did not previously have
an SVM, you will have to use either MMC 806 to pre-install an SVMi-4 card or
MMC 750 to install an SVM-400, and then use MMC 724 to assign extension
numbers to each SVM port. Use any available numbers.
In addition to the MMCs listed below you must set call forwarding to the SVM
at every phone that wants to use voice mail.
