DESCRIPTION:
This MMC assigns each station or group as having a mailbox in a specific SVM
group. When stations or groups are assigned to an SVM group, mailboxes will be
created for each directory number with a "YES" entry (if
DOWNLOAD = YES ) during Voice Mail system power-up.
Once the Voice Mail database has been created, new boxes can be added:
•
Through Voice Mail administration.
•
By adding a new mailbox in this MMC.
A mailbox can be removed using this MMC only if it was created by this MMC. A mail-
box cannot be removed using this MMC if it was created by VM administration.
If a station that does not have an associated voice mailbox calls the Voice Mail sys-
tem, it will be answered by the Voice Mail system main greeting.
NOTE: Mailboxes that are needed for users that do not have an extension must
be added through Voice Mail programming.
