Food has frozen

Possible cause
The food packaging was
not dry when loaded in the
freezer.
The safety lock is activated.
The 0 indicator on the
control panel is on.
Solution
^ Use a blunt instrument
(such as a spoon handle)
to carefully pry them
apart.
^ Turn the safety lock off
(see "Settings - Turning
the safety lock on and
off").
