SETTING FRONT/REAR MODE

You can simultaneously listen to a separate sound source in the unit and auxiliary audio equipment in
the rear.

Touch REAR on the screen.
: FRONT MODE and REAR MODE screen appears.

Touch the desired mode on the FRONT MODE.

Touch the desired mode on the REAR MODE.
(On the remote controller: To switch from
press longer r, then press r
repeatedly to select the desired source.)
* The mode that cannot be selected becomes gray.
¡If selecting DVD, touch to select the DVD MONITOR
MODE from NTSC/PAL.
NTSC
..................... When playing back a DVD recorded in NTSC system.
PAL ..................... When playing back a DVD recorded in PAL system.
¡This setting is available only when DVD playback is stopped.

To inactivate the REAR MODE, touch
(On the remote controller, press longer
r to select
OFF ).

To close the display, touch

¡To operate the source of the front, use the buttons of the main unit, and to operate the source of the rear,
use the remote controller.
¡The combinations of the sources below cannot be set.

FULL : 4:3 image stretched on either side to fit a
16:9 screen.
WIDE : screen with the "discomfort" of the full
screen lessened
CINEMA : enlarged 4:3 image screen
* If having selected CINEMA, the upper and lower parts
of the screen are cut out in order to enlarge the image.
