The programs listed below indicate the most commonly used programs required for this feature. The
programs are listed in the order that the installer should follow. Refer to the PCPro wizards for further
detailed programming.
• When a * is listed next to the Program Number it indicates a program that MUST be set (from a
default state) for this feature to be enabled.

Program Name/Description
System Numbering
This is the access code that users will dial to access ARS.
The trunk access code used to access the ARS routing must be set to
type 3 (trunk access code).
Trunk Access Code
Use this program to assign the trunk access code defined in PRG
11-01-01. This is the access code that users will dial to access ARS.
Trunk Group Setup
Assign all used trunks to a valid trunk group. If trunk group 1 is used
remove all unused trunks out of this trunk group.
ARS will not be able to access trunks that are assigned to trunk group
0.
Assigned Data
0 = Not Assigned
1 = Service Code
2 = Extension Number
3 = Trunk Access Code
4 = Special trunk Access
5 = Operator Access
6 = F-Route Access
9 = Dial Extension Analyze
(Refer to the programming manual for
the default values of all tables.)
Maximum of 4 digits (0 ~ 9,
