The programs listed below indicate the most commonly used programs required for this feature. The
programs are listed in the order that the installer should follow. Refer to the PCPro wizards for further
detailed programming.
• When a * is listed next to the Program Number it indicates a program that MUST be set (from a
default state) for this feature to be enabled.

Extension Numbering

Assign a valid extension number to a port that is not
currently used by existing hardware.
The extension numbers assigned must be within
your valid numbering plan in PRG 11-01-01.

Service Code Setup (for ACD)
Customize the service codes for ACD.
15-22-01
Mobile Extension Target Setup
*
Per Mobile Extension, assigned in PRG 11-02, set
which speed dial bin (PRG 13-04) is to be used
when the Mobile extension is called.
To have access to the Mobile Extensions you must
use the PC Programming tool. In PCPRo go to Pro-
gramming/Unregistered Phones/Mobile Extension
list and add the extension numbers programmed in
PRG 11-02-01.
