Indicate Pass/Fail
To ensure patient safety, check to make sure the right and left side rails are
secure by giving the side bolts on each side another turn with the screwdriver.
The leakage tests are safety tests to ensure that the equipment poses no
electrical health hazards.
Before you leave the installation site, recommend to the biomed to perform a
complete system leakage test after the Series 2000 Treadmill has been connected
to the host device. Refer the biomed to the host device service manual for
instructions on performing the appropriate leakage tests.
Series 2000 Treadmill
If Failed, perform the following:
(1) Check drive belt and walking belt tension.
(2) Check for loose bolts and broken welds.
(3) Check the fly wheel.
(4) Check the drive pulley in motor.
(5) Make sure the roller assembly bolts are
tight.
(1) Check for loose bolts.
(2) Check lubrication on elevation racks.
(3) Check drive motor and elevation motor
Check drive belt and walking belt tension.
(1) Check drive motor and elevation motor.
(2) Check elevation rack.
(1) Check for split walking board.
(2) Check drive motor and elevation motor.
Check that walking board is not higher than
the level of the top surface of end rollers.
Request Biomed to perform Leakage Test.
