Procedure
Check Calibration
Can the unit elevate?
Can the belt move with power?
Speed check at 3 mph = 10 revs in 38
seconds.
Is the belt tracking?
Check the belt tightness. Get on the
treadmill and try to stop the belt at a slow
speed with your feet, holding onto the
handrail.
Check Emergency Stop Switch
Check Handles - Refer to
"Check Handles"
page 1-12.
Communicate with Host
Can Host control elevation and speed ?

on
Series 2000 Treadmill
If Failed, perform the following:
(1) Remove shroud and inspect for any
mechanical causes.
(2) Check for excess rack grease affecting
limit switches and/or elevation potentiometer.
(3) Inspect for misadjusted elevation limit
switch(es).
(4) Contact Tech Support.
(1) Is the Emergency Stop Switch locked? If
yes, unlock.
(2) Does belt moves without power? If yes,
determine electrical cause. If the treadmill
does not move without power, determine
mechanical cause.
(3) Contact Tech Support.
Contact Tech Support
Perform belt alignment procedure.
Tighten the belt.
If belt does not stop, make sure emergency
stop switch is connected to back of treadmill.
Call tech support.
Tighten fasteners.
(1)Turn on and configure Host system. Turn
on Treadmill. At Treadmill power up, listen for
treadmill beep. If no beep, tighten interface
cable between host and treadmill.
(2) Replace Interface cable.
(3) Contact Tech Support.
