Before Starting

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The air intake grille in the engine cover
behind the driver's seat must not be
blocked by, for example, clothing, leaves,
grass or dirt.
Impaired cooling of the engine. Risk of
major engine damage.
Read the safety instructions and the
presentation of the Rider before starting.
Perform the daily maintenance before starting,
see "Maintenance\Maintenance schedule".
Adjust the seat to the desired position.

Starting the Engine

1. Activate the parking brake by pressing down the
pedal. Press in the release button if necessary.
The engine can not be started if the parking
brake is not pressed down.
2. Raise the cutting unit by pulling the lever
backwards to the locked position (transport
position) and apply the parking brake.
3. Move the throttle to the middle position.
