In hands-free mode, the other party can be heard. After I pick up the handset,
however, no voices can be heard.
The handset may be not connected properly.
I cannot hear the other party during a call.


The other party cannot hear me during a call.


The Cordless handset can be powered on properly, but fails to connect the base
unit.


The Cordless handset works properly otherwise, but I hear beeps during calls.
The battery power level may be too low. Check the battery power and charge the battery as
required.
There are background noises during the calls when I am using the Cordless
handset.
The handset may be too far from the base unit. Try getting closer to the base unit with which
the handset is registered. If multiple base units are available, you can also try registering the
handset to a closer base unit.
Issue 01 (2012-04-23)
The microphone of the other party may be turned off.
The volume of your speaker may be set to 0.
Your microphone may be turned off.
The volume of the speaker of the other party may be set to 0.
The base unit may be powered off or the power connection may be faulty. Check
whether the base unit works properly.
The handset may be not registered with the base unit or the relevant registration
information is lost. Try re-registering the handset with the base unit.
