2.3.4 Inserting/Removing the Battery from the Cordless Handset
(Sold Separately)
Use the battery provided with the cordless handset.
Issue 01 (2012-04-23)
Description
Number keys used to enter digits, symbols, and characters when different
text-entry methods are used
Pound key used to enter the pound sign (#) or switch between text-entry
methods
Mute key used to mute the microphone
Internal call key used to make an internal call or forward an external call

Charger pins
Speaker key used to enable the hands-free function
Asterisk key
You can enable or disable the keypad lock function by pressing and holding
this key.
Dial key used to answer or make a call
Left soft key used to perform the operations indicated by the text
immediately over them (on the bottom of the LCD)
Navigation keys
You can use the up and down navigation keys to highlight an item on the
screen. When editing text, you can use the left and right navigation keys to
move the cursor.
In standby mode, you can:
Press the up navigation key to display the missed calls.
Press the down navigation key to display the contacts.
In a call, you can:
Press the up navigation key to increase the volume of the sound from the
earpiece.
Press the down navigation key to decrease the volume of the sound from
the earpiece.
