RAID Level
The onboard SCSI controller for this server only supports RAID1. RAID0/RAID5/
RAID10 are not supported.

RAID 0 (Striping)

The process of distributing data across multiple hard disks is known as "striping". For example, when
writing nine blocks of data (D0 - D8) with three hard disks, each data block is distributed to the hard
disks (see below figure). The method of writing the data by distributing it across three hard disks is
more reliable than sequentially writing the nine blocks of data to a single hard disk.
