6 Scroll to one of the ringing options, as described below, and press
Select.

Beep once
Silent

Set the ringing volume

You can set the default ringing volume for incoming voice calls and
message alert tones.
1 Press Menu 3 (Profiles).
2 Use

the ringing volume, and press Select.
3 Highlight Customize and press Select.
4 Scroll to Ringing volume and press Select.
5 Scroll through the options. When you hear the volume level you wish
to use, press Select.
Note: As you scroll through the ringing options, you can listen to
a sample of each. Although the ringing sample for level 4 and level
5 are the same, ringing level 5 will produce very loud ringing.

Set the ringing tone

The ringing tone is the sound your phone makes when you receive a call.
You can set the ringing tone to a specific sound, or to a tune, to
personalize how the phone rings.
Note: If you have already chosen a ringing option of either Silent
or Beep once, the ringing tones are already turned off. See "Set
ringing options" on page 68 for details.
The phone rings normally.
Ringing volume increases (gets louder) if the phone
is not answered.
The phone rings once to indicate an incoming call.
The phone beeps once to indicate an incoming call.
The phone makes no sound.
