EARCHING THE
You can use the search function to locate an internal user
by station number instead of name. For example, to search
for the user associated with station number 12345, follow
these steps:

From the main menu display, press the <SEARCH>
soft key. Your display updates to allow you to choose
whether to search by NAME or NUMBER.

Press <NUMBER>. You see this display:

To search for the name associated with a station, enter
a station number. If you make a mistake while
entering, press <CLEAR> to return to the initial
search display.

Your display updates with the name associated with
the dialed station number:
