Paper Jams in 500-sheet Cassette Area
Follow these directions to clear input paper jams that occur in
the 500-sheet Cassette (Tray 2) area.When this happens the
Operator Panel will display
1.
Slowly remove the cassette tray then remove any
damaged paper from the tray (A).
2.
If a paper edge is visible in the feed area, use both hands
to gently pull the paper down and out of the printer (B).

3.
Reload paper into the cassette tray (C).
Make sure the paper stack is below the metal corner tab
in the tray .
4.
Slide the Cassette Tray back into the printer (D).
5. Open the Top Cover (E).
6. Close the Top Cover to clear the jam message (F).
