RESIDENTIAL ZERO-TURN ("RZT") MOWERS

Thelimited warranty setforthbelow is givenbyCubCadetLLCwith
respectto newmerchandise p urchased or leasedandused in
theUnited S tatesand/or itsterritories andpossessions, andbyMTD
ProductsUmitedwith respect t o newmerchandise p urchased or
leasedandusedin Canada and/or i tsterritories andpossessions
(eitherentityrespectively, "CubCadet').
CubCadetwarrants thisproduct (excluding itsNorma!WearParts,
andBatteries asdescribed below)against d efects in material a nd
workmanship fora period o ftwo(2)yearscommencing o n thedate
of original r etailpurchase or leaseandwill, a t itsoption,repair o r
replace, free ofcharge, a nypartfoundtobe defective inmaterials
or workmanship.
NormalWearPartsarewarranted t obefreefromdefectsin
material a ndworkmanship fora periodofthiriy(30)daysfromthe
dateof original purchase o rlease.Normal wearpartsinclude, b ut
arenotlimitedto itemssuchas: belts,blades, b ladeadapters,
grassbags,riderdeckwheels, s eats,andtires.
Batteries haveaone-year prorated l imited warranty a gainst d efects
inmaterial a ndworkmanship, with100%replacement duringthe
firstthreemonths. A fterthreemonths, t he batteryreplacement
credit i sbasedon themonthsremaining inthetwelve(12)month
perioddatingbackto theoriginal d ateoforiginal s aleor lease.Any
replacement batterywillbewarranted o nlyforthe remainder of the
originalwarranty period.
Thislimitedwarranty s hall o nlyapplyifthis product h asbeen
operatedandmaintained inaccordance w ith theOperator's Manual
furnished withtheproduct, a ndhas not beensubjecttomisuse,
abuse,commercial use,neglect, a ccident, i mpropermaintenance,
a[terat{on, vandalism, theft,fire,water, or damage because of other
perilor natural d isaster.Damage resulting fromthe installation or
useof anypart,accessory orattachment notapproved byCub
Cadetfor usewiththeproduct(s) c overed bythismanual w illvoid
yourwarranty a sto anyresulting damage. In addition, C ubCadet
maydenywarranty coverage ifthehourmeter, o r any part t hereof,
is altered, m odified, d isconnected o r otherwise tampered with.

sharpening, tune-ups, brakeadjustments, dutch adjustments,
deckadjustments, andnormal d eterioration oftheexterior fin-
ishdueto useor exposure.
b. Service completed bysomeone other thanan authorized
servicedealer.
CubCadetdoes notextend anywarranty forproducts soldor
exporled outside oftheUnited Statesand/or Canada, a nd
theirrespective possessions a ndterritories, e xcept t hosesold
through CubCadet's authorized channels o f export
distribution.

e. Transportation charges a ndservicecalls.

Therearenoimplied warranties, including withoutlimitation
anyimplied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a
particular p urpose. Nowarranties shallapply afterthe
applicable period of express written warranty above.Noother

anyperson or entity, i ncluding adealerorretailer, w ithrespect
toanyproduct, s hallbindCubCadet.Theexclusive remedyis
repairor replacement ofthe product a s setforth above. T he

arising from thesaleand/orleaseofthe products covered
hereby. C ubCadetshallnotbeliablefor anyincidental or
consequential lossordamage includfng, without l imitation,
expenses incurred for substitute or replacementlawncare
services or for rentalexpenses totemporarily replace a
warranted product.

ot incidental or consequential damages, o r limitations onhowlong
an impliedwarranty lasts, s othe above exclusions o r limitations

In noeventshallrecovery of anykindbe greater t han the amount o f
the purchase priceofthe product s old.Alteration of safety
featuresof the productshallvoidthis warranty, Y ouassume
the riskandliability forloss,damage, o r injury toyouandyour
proper_ and!ortoothersandtheirpropertyarising out of the
misuseor inability to usethe product.
Thislimited warranty shallnotextendto anyone otherthanthe

gift.
