PSU side: This signal is pulled up to 3.3 V auxiliary power
supply inside the PSU by a 4.7-kilohm resistor.
System side: This signal is output by CPLD over the drive
circuit and pulled up to 3.3 V by a 10.0-kilohm resistor.
