20. To ensure safety while cooking, place your Grain and Rice
Cooker on a flat, dry surface.
21. Cook only in the Ceramic Pot provided.
22. Do not fill Water Tank above the Max (maximum) fill line.
23. Never leave the appliance unattended while it is in operation.
24. Never use the appliance without the Ceramic Pot and the
Inner Lid.
25. Refer to the "Care and Cleaning" section for instructions on
cleaning the surfaces in contact with food.
26. Do not exceed 1 oz (30 ml) of oil when cooking with the Grain
and Rice Cooker.
27. Intended for countertop use only.

Plug into a grounded 3 prong outlet.
Do not remove ground prong.
Do not use an adapter.
Do not use an extension cord.
Failure to follow these instructions can result in death, fire, or
electrical shock.

NOTE: If the plug does not fit in the outlet, contact a qualified electrician. Do not modify the
plug in any way. Do not use an adapter.
Do not use an extension cord. If the Power Cord is too short, have a qualified electrician or

The Power Cord should be arranged so that it will not drape over the countertop or tabletop
where it can be pulled on by children or tripped over unintentionally.
