Adjustment of the stylus descent point
Adjust as follows, using a 30 cm disk.
1. Remove the cap.
2. Perform the auto-in operation to check the descent point of the stylus.
3. Adjust the stylus descent adjusting screw with a screwdriver. If the stylus point is inside the disk, turn the ad-
justing screw leftward ©), and if the point is outside the disk, turn it rightwardQ.
The descent point of the stylus changes about 1.5 mm with every half-turn of the screw.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to have the stylus descend to the position in the figure.
5. Replace the cap.
