@ Installing/ Removing the NiCd Battery Pack
Note: Because the battery pack is provided uncharged, charge the
battery pack before using it with the transceiver. Refer to
"CHARGING THE NiCd BATTERY PACK" {page 15}.
1 Position the four grooves on the inside edges of the
battery pack over the corresponding guides on the
back of the transceiver.
2 Slide the battery pack along the back of the
transceiver until the release catch on the base of the
transceiver locks the battery pack in place.
