No power
\s the power cord plugged into a wall outlet?
Color bar does not appear on
the monitor screen.
«is the BYPASS switch indicator lit?
If so, press the switch to turn it off. The color bar is not output when the bypass
channel is selected.
«ls the VIDEO ART control set to minimum?
If so, turn the control fully right when generating the color bar.
Color bar appears only half of the — Is the SPLIT SCREEN indicator lit?

If so, press the switch to turn it off. When the screen is divided by the split screen
function, the color bar appears only on the left half of the screen.

ls the recorder's input selector correctly set?
If you have connected the monitor to the recorder, no input source picture appears
on the monitor screen unless the recorder's input selector is correctly set.
No input source sound
ls the AUDIO MIX control correctly set?
Normally, set this control to SOURCE.

source and fine mixing levels.

If the fader AUDIO button indicator is lit, press the switch to turn it off or lower the
FADER lever all the way down.
