Problem of Starting EXPRESSBUILDER

Did you insert the EXPRESSBUILDER DVD before starting the server?

 Insert the DVD into the server and restart.
Is the BIOS setting correct?

 Change the boot order of CD/DVD drive to the first.
Is an error message displayed at text-based startup?

 Take the following action according to the message displayed.
Error [Message ID:Z3001] :
Unable to start EXPRESSBUILDER. Virtual Drive (VD) is incorrect.
Action: Check if the files for recovery are uploaded in the following site, and then recover the file
Error [Message ID:Z3002] :
Failed to detect a DVD drive or a flash drive.
Action: Check if the hardware configuration is correct.
Error [Message ID:Z3003] :
Failed to read a file.
Action: Check if DVD has stains or cracks.
Is an error message popped up?

 Check the message displayed and take the appropriate action according to the table below.
