7. MAINTENANCE
The QA-1150 projection panel requires very little maintenance.
Check that the power switch is off before performing any maintenance on the panel.
Cleaning the top and bottom glass surfaces
When necessary, clean the glass surfaces of the panel using a soft cloth moistened with any
standard glass cleaner.
Cleaning the plastic cabinet
Wipe the cabinet using a soft cloth moistened in a diluted solution of mild detergent.
Cleaning the inner surfaces of the glass
Ordinarily, the inner surface of the glass does not require cleaning. However, if dust should
appear on the inside of the glass, very carefully remove the glass and wipe off the dust as
follows. Procedures are the same for the glass on both sides of the QA-1150 panel.
@ Cleaning the front glass
(1) Turn the unit upside down, and remove the single screw indicated in the figure.

Remove this screw
(2) Turn the unit the right way up, and remove first the fan cover, then the protective
glass.

(3) Carefully wipe the underside of the glass. If there is any dust on the surface of the
liquid crystal unit, remove it carefully.
