. MATRIX SURROUND
Caution:
Before starting operation, be.sure to check the following
poings:
1. The SPEAKER IMPEDANCE SELECTOR on the rear
panel of this unit is set to the "LESS THAN
80"
position.
2. Each of the front-channel and rear-channel speaker
systems has an impedance of more than 80.
1. Set the SURROUND
key to ON.

on the key lights.

2. Select the source which is desired to be expected for
surround sound effect, and play it.
3. Adjust the volume control and balance between
the
front speakers and the rear speakers by controlling the
MAIN VOLUME
control key.
Note:

1. When
the SPEAKER

SELECTOR
on the rear
panel is set to the "MORE
THAN
82"
position, the SUR-
ROUND key does not function.

2. If speakers having an impedance
of less than 8 ohms are
connected, overheating may occur and cause trouble to this
unit.
