When a failure is suspected...

When you think there has been a failure, check the following contents prior to asking for
repairs.
Symptom
The monitor won't turn on!
(The LED indicator is off.)
The screen doesn't come on!
The image size and/or
position is not appropriate!
Monitor colors are way off!
Images are too dark/bright/
saturated!
Cause and Solution
• Make sure the monitor is plugged （
• Check if standby mode is on or not.
• Check if signal cables are connected correctly.

• Check if the system is turned on.
• If the LED indicator is blinking orange, the computer
may be in power saving mode. Press any key on the
keyboard to wake up the computer.
• Adjust the input signal frequency and/or the monitor
resolution by referring to the computer instruction
manual.
• Run IMAGE AUTO ADJUST in OSD (
• The monitor mode setting may not be in line with
the system's resolution setting. Adjust the screen
resolution setting in Monitor Properties.
• Check if signal cables are connected correctly

• Readjust COLOR AUTO ADJUST in OSD

• Adjust CONTRAST and BRIGHTNESS. (
