Section

2-7-1. Replacing Power Supply Assembly

(PS-724 Board)

1. Remove the rear duct. (Refer to Section 1-6-2.)
2. Remove the inside panel and outside panel.
(Refer to Section 1-4.)
3. Draw all the plug-in boards. (Refer to Section 2-3-2.)
4. Remove the PS fan assembly. (Refer to Section 2-3-2.)
5. Disconnect the harnesses from the connectors on the
PS-724 board. (Refer to the following table.)

6. Disconnect the harness (CLICK-IN) from the connec-
tor (CN1) on the CN-2920 board.
7. Remove the four screws, and remove the power supply
assembly in the direction of the arrow.

8. Remove the nut.
9. Remove the two screws to detach the DC-IN bracket.
10. Remove the two screws to detach the LP-120 board.
11. Disconnect the harness (PWR LED) from the connec-
tor (CN1) on the LP-120 board.

12. Remove the two screws to detach the PW-SW bracket.
13. Remove the toggle switch from the connector (CN9)
on the PS-724 board.
14. Remove the five screws, and remove the PS-724
board.

15. Install the PS-724 board by reversing the steps above.
