FIN-SP1 consists of bit switches 0 through 7.
Bit-0 (right end) is assigned for setting jogging amount of the alignment plate in stack delivery
operation. When setting the bit-0 to "1", the jogging amount changes in the stack delivery mode
with the following configuration so that the alignment plate does not press a paper stack:
- Configuration: Small size(*1), plain1/recycled1, 1-sided, Shift-sort/Non-sort
Setting of the bit-0:
When setting to "0", the special setting 1 is OFF. (The rear alignment plate presses a paper stack
by 1mm.)
When setting to "1", the special setting 1 is ON. (The rear alignment plate withdraws from a paper
stack by 0.5mm.)
When E514 (Assist error) appears in the stack delivery mode with the following configuration:
- Configuration: Small size(*1), plain1/recycled1, 1-sided, Shift-sort/Non-sort
Press bit-0 to switch the value and press "OK".
Setting the bit-0 to "1" may cause a poor alignment of paper stack in the feeding direction.
Bit-1 through 7 are reserved. Their numeric parameters on the display can be changed for nothing.
