Optional Installation - Huawei IdeaShare Key Quick Start Manual

Note: If your computer does not have a Type-C
port, use a USB port converter to connect the
IdeaShare Key to the computer.
3 (Optional) Installation
If the Type-C port on your computer does not
support audio and video transmission, you need
to install the IdeaShare Key software on your
computer. After the connection is successful, you
can press the button to start projection.
Windows: On the home displayed after you click
My PC or This PC, double-click the drive or
double-click IdeaShare Key.exe in the drive path
to manually complete the installation.
macOS: Double-click IdeaShareKeySetup in the
IdeaShareKey drive path on the desktop to
manually complete the installation and authori-
zation.
The installation file path varies dependiing to the
operating system version. For example, if the
operating system is Windows 10 Professional,
the installation file path is This PC > IdeaShare
Key > IdeaShare Key.exe.
