Description: The software has detected a breathing phase synchronization failure and
has been synchronized again. A new expiration has been generated to synchronize
the software processes to solve this situation.
What to do:
1. Single event: Report to EM-HSC.
2. Repeted events: Replace PC 1730 Control. If the error remains, remove the
workstation from operation. Report to EM-HSC.
The failure has occurred when the "System Control"- process was in the state:
ACTIVE_SCON_STATE (hexadecimal form).
Fault: Internal program error.
