The local alarm is the receiving tributary alarm of transmission line. The remote alarm is the sending
tributary alarm of transmission line.
If the TMU is standby, the LIn is corresponded to the alarm indicators of n +4-channel E1s. (n=1, 2, 3, 4)

Indication
ON: The second E1 generates local alarm.
Flashing: The second E1 generates remote
alarm.
OFF: The second E1 is normal.
ON: The third E1 generates local alarm.
Flashing: The third E1 generates remote
alarm.
OFF: The third E1 is normal.
ON: The forth E1 generates local alarm.
Flashing: The forth E1 generates remote
alarm.
OFF: The forth E1 is normal.
ON for 500 ms and OFF for 500 ms.: TMU
is the active board.
ON for one second and OFF for one
second.: TMU is the standby board.
ON, OFF or flashing non-periodically:
TMU is faulty.
ON: Clock is running in free-run mode.
ON for 125 ms and OFF for 125 ms.: clock
is running in trapping mode.
ON for 500 ms and OFF for 500 ms.: Clock
is running in locking mode.
OFF: The phase discrimination of clock is
abnormal.
