This module provides the power supply signals for the PA and synthesized network, and the
alarm collection and management module.

Receiving the power amplifier (PA) control signals offered by the PA synthesized
module, including positive input power signals and positive output power detecting
signals.
Receiving alarm signals, including over-temperature and standing wave alarms.
