Components
A BTS antenna system and a GPS antenna system
The BTS antenna system is mandatory and the GPS antenna system is
optional.
Transmission equipment, power lightning-protection filter box, AC/DC
units, the transmission supply unit (TSU), storage battery, temperature
control unit , environment monitoring unit, sensors, and air-condition or
heat exchanger.
According to specific configuration of a site, the auxiliary equipment is
optional.
Cabinet
For example, the timing/transmission and management unit (TMU), the
transceiver unit (TRX), and the combiner and divider unit (CDU)
Fibers, trunk transmission cables, signal cables, power cables, monitoring
cables, alarm cables, and sensor cables
This manual describes the cabinet and boards inside the cabinet. For antenna system, refer to the
M900/M1800 BTS3X Series Base Transceiver Station Installation Manual - Antenna Feeder Installation.
