Select to Speak Settings
From the Select to Speak screen, tap Settings to enable or disable further
options.
• Text to speech settings: tap to set Preferred engine (Google Text-to-
Speech), language, speech rate or pitch. You may press PLAY or RESET
for simulation.
• Read in background: if enabled, Select-to-Speak will continue reading
even when you move to other screens or apps. Use the toggle switch
to enable or disable it.
• Read text on images: if enabled, tap on text within photos of the
camera viewfinder to hear the text read aloud. Use the toggle switch
to enable or disable it.
• Help & feedback: tap to be redirected to the Support site of Google.
