Error handling
The CP status "C" has been lost during the charging process.
The loss of the status may be caused by noise due to bad
wiring between the output of the charging station and the
vehicle's charging socket. Bad wiring inside the vehicle can
also cause the loss of status due to noise.
• Measure the frequency of the alternating current
The charging station is set to an input frequency of 50/60 Hz
±10%.
No fault. The alarm indicates that charging has been stopped
by pressing the button on the HMI
The vehicle battery is too hot or too cold for charging.
• Bring the vehicle to a standstill
The vehicle has not recognized the charging plug inserted
into the charging socket or the charging plug cannot be
disconnected.
Any unrecoverable fault or unrecoverable fault state of the
vehicle battery.
The vehicle has detected that the charging station cannot
provide an output current that meets the actual voltage
requirement. Therefore, the vehicle has stopped the
communication session.
The vehicle has detected that the vehicle battery voltage is
below or above the normal voltage range.
The vehicle has determined that the charging station is
incompatible.
• Insert the charging plug into the plug holder
• Start the charging station in manual mode
