7. Overhauling procedures

Work precautions
• When touching the electric components such as circuit boards and fan motors, do not touch the components
for more than 5 minutes after power-off, and then start working. If LED4 on the circuit board is lit, do not touch
the electric components.
• Before replacing parts or components, follow the instructions described in the troubleshooting.
• When servicing, always keep proper footing.
• When servicing, be sure to turn off the power supply isolator. Pay sufficient attention to avoid electric shock or
injury.
• Be sure to connect the power supply wires correctly.
• Avoid application of abnormal voltage.
• Pay attention not to drop the parts or components.
• When the tightening torque for assembling is specified, be sure to tighten to the specified tightening torque.
• After connecting the lead wires, make sure that they are securely connected.
• After completing repairs, check that the product operates properly.
Always wear a pair of gloves when servicing.
