Low Noise Mode

To activate low noise mode an optional 3 wire adaptor is required (PAC-SC36NA). This can either be wired into
a manual switch or a timed version. The level of low noise mode which will be activated (as shown in the relevant
graphs below and over the page) is determined by the combination of DIP switch settings (SW5-1 and SW5-2)
on the outdoor unit as shown below. As low noise mode reduces maximum capacity it is important that the
capacity at the low noise mode selected is sufficient to overcome the building's calculated heat losses.
