Set up the AT868's inputs and outputs via the
While following the programming instructions, refer to Figure A-2 in
Appendix A, Menu Maps. Remember to record all programmed data
in Appendix C, Data Records.
The GLOBL-I/O submenu consists of the following:
ERROR
- program the meter's response during an error condition -
see below.
OPTN
- set up the analog and totalizer/frequency outputs -
page 2-28.
LCD
- set up the LCD display (refer to Chapter 3, Setting Up the
Display on page 3-2).
This menu option lets you set how the AT868 will handle the outputs
for measurements and average (two-path) measurements during an
error condition. See Chapter 5, Error Codes, for a discussion of the
built-in error codes.
Use the steps below to select error handling options.
1. Press [ESC], [ENTER], [ESC]. The meter enters the user program.
2. Press [ ] until PROG appears and press [ENTER].
3. Press [ ] until GLOBL appears and press [ENTER].
4. Press [ ] until I/O appears and press [ENTER].
5. Press [ ] until ERROR appears and press [ENTER].
6. Press [ ] to select the desired option for error handling and press
[ENTER]. See Table 2-4 and Table 2-5 on the following page for a
description of error handling options available and how the
totalizers and display responds to them for a 1- and 2-channel/path
meter.
