PROBLEMS
The air from the outlet has an
odor

Check these items once
again before sending for
repair or consulting.
WHAT TO DO
● There may be odor from the product right after start using. But it will
be recuded.
● There will be a tiny amount of ozone emitted along with
Plasmacluster ions, so the air from the outlet may have an odor. But
the ozone content is the same with that in nature, such as forests,
and wouldn't give any impact to our health.
● Batteries are provided for you to use the unit for the first time, and
may run out after a short period of time.
● Are the batteries inserted correctly?
● Have the batteries run out?
Replace with new batteries.
● Is there an obstacle between the remote control and the receiver?
● Is the child lock set? ([
] will be displayed for 1 second)
Cancel the child lock.
● No vertical swing in approximately 10 seconds after starting the
operation.
● Is the child lock set?
Cancel the child lock.
● When there is no horizontal swing or louver movement for 20
seconds after starting the operation of horizontal or vertical swing,
please immediately remove the plug from the power outlet, and
contact the store you purchased the product from or Sharp service
center.
● Plasmacluster ions are not released.
Clean the electrode section with the attached cleaning brush.
● Is the air outlet blocked?
● Is the filter of the air inlet obstructed?
Perform maintenance on the filter.
● Is the unit correctly connected?
Take out the unit, and insert it securely, and start the operation
again.
● Unplug the unit, and insert the plug again after 1 minute to start the
operation.
● Is the child lock set?
Cancel the child lock, and start the operation.
