10. Operation is completed.

Liquid sterilization cycle or instrument sterilization cycle
The buzzer sounds and the completion of cycle is indicated on the
digital display .
In the liquid sterilization cycle, the completion of cycle is indicated
at 64 °C
In the equipment sterilization cycle, the completion of cycle is indicated
at 74 °C
Sterilization/Keep warm cycle or melting/keep warm cycle
When the heat-retention cycle starts, the buzzer sounds and the bar
sign of Heat-retention of the process indicator lamps flickers. The
heat-retention elapsed time is indicated on the digital display
After the heat-retention has been continued for 72 hours, the
operation is completed, the buzzer sounds and the completion of
cycle is indicated on the digital display

11. Open the cover.

1) Be sure to check the following points before opening the cover.
Forcible opening of the door may cause trouble.
Pressure is lowered to 0 MPa.
COVER LOCK lamp is lit.
When the COVER LOCK lamp is lit, the temperature or pressure
inside the chamber rises to make it impossible to pull the movable
handle toward you.
2) While bringing down the handle,
3) Pull the movable handle toward you to unlock the cover.
4) Pull up the handle to slightly open the cover and wait until no
steam comes out.
Keep your head away when opening the cover at the end of
operation.
Since high-temperature steam will escape when the
cover is opened, wait until the steam dissipates.
During this time, keep your head away from the product.
Failure to observe this caution may result in burns.
5) Open the cover slowly.
Sudden opening of the door may break the container of sterilization
objects and cause the culture medium to spill over.

CAUTION
To change the settings during operation
The settings of sterilization time, melting time, keep
warm temperature, exhaust temperature, exhaust
rate, exhaust fan operation start/stop can be changed.
However, the changes will not be saved in memory.
When changing the settings, see page 19.
* The sterilization temperature can not be changed
during operation.
