Assembling the
Wheel-Loading Kit
Note:
Perform the following steps to assemble the
left- and right-sided wheel ramps. The following
illustrations show the right side of the wheel-loading
kit.
1.
Use 4 torx-head screws and 4 nuts (5/16 inch)
to secure the latch-pin bracket to the guide plate
on the ramp assembly

2. Nut (5/16 inch)

Use 10 bolts (5/16 x 3/4 inch) and 10 nylock
nuts (5/16 inch) to secure the guide plate to the
ramp assembly

The guide plates must be installed with the latch
pins facing the outside. Refer to
Loading the Trailer (page 12)
of properly installed guide plates.
