Just purchased a new arris surfboard sb8200. The unit is all plugged in. the top 3 lights come on. The 4th light (the internet light) shows a steady flashing. it never turns off. I've waited and waited. It never turns off. I have no tv service or computer or phone service. How long is a reasonable length of time for the 4th light to continue flashing?
