Managing USB Drive device
You can delete image files stored on a USB Drive one-by-one or all at once by
reformatting the device.
After deleting files or reformatting a USB Drive device, files cannot be
restored. Confirm that you no longer need the data before deleting it.
Deleting an image file
1 Insert a USB Drive device into the USB port on your machine.
2 Tap Box > USB from the home screen or Apps.
3 The machine shows all files in the USB Drive device.
Touch and hold folder or document you want to delete from the list.
If the file is in a folder, press the folder name.
4 Tap > Delete.
5 Tap Delete when the confirmation window appears.
Formatting a USB Drive device
1 Insert a USB Drive device into the USB port on your machine.
2 Tap Box > USB from the home screen or Apps.
3 The machine shows all files in the USB Drive device.
Touch and hold folder or document you want to delete from the list.
If the file is in a folder, press the folder name.
4 Tap > Format.
Tap Format when the confirmation window appears.
