I bought a second hand Fillmore Crib that is approximately 8 yrs old. The instructions on line say that a there are 8 long screws and four short screws for the springs. However, the one I have has 4 long screws and four slightly longer screws, in addition to the four short screws for the springs. I cant get the four longest screws to screw in flush. Advice?

Attach the Mattress Base (3) to Crib Ends (1) using the Bolts (C) and the Allen Key (A). Do not fully tighten Bolts (C) at this point to make installation of the remaining Stationary Crib Side easier.
