File Transfer Capability

When running on an RT Series PXI controller, the RT Engine has a File
Transfer Protocol (FTP) server. The FTP server gives you the ability to use
any standard FTP utility for transferring files to and from the hard drive of
the RT Series PXI controller. You must provide the correct password when
opening a connection to the RT Series PXI controller if the configuration is
locked in Measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX).
For programmatic file transfer control in LabVIEW or LabVIEW RT,
use the Internet Developers Toolkit, included in the LabVIEW Enterprise
Connectivity Toolset. Refer to the National Instruments Web site at
