The signals in testpoints J800 and J802 should have 90 degrees phase shift, because they
are I- and Q-signals in corresponding phase.

For troubleshooting,
-Activate WCDMA RX control from Phoenix menu.
Do following settings :
- Channel 10700 ,
- AGC mode "Manual"
- LNA State "MID" ,
- BB AGC "30dB"
Activate by pressing "Update"
