The Jetpack has 2 different operating modes:

USB Tethered Mode - Use the USB cable to connect your notebook or other computing device to

the Jetpack for Internet access.

Note: A USB cable connection between older Jetpack models and computers may disable

Wi-Fi capability.

Wi-Fi Mode - Connect multiple Wi-Fi enabled devices without a USB or other wired connection. Just

turn on the Jetpack and it connects to our network.

Make sure battery and sim card are inserted properly

Page 2 Connect using Wifi 1. Press the Power button on the Jetpack. 2. Once the Jetpack has been activated, it automatically connects to the Internet over the Verizon wireless network. 3. On the device you want to connect to the Jetpack, go to its Settings menu to establish a Wi-Fi connection to the Jetpack.
Page 3 TMobile T9 Franklin Hotspot 1. Make sure the battery and SIM card are inserted. 2. You can find the Wi-Fi Name and password at any time you need. Press the Power/Menu button shortly when the display is on. (Please note this info is not printed on the back cover) The menu will switch every 3 seconds and show you the Wi-Fi name and password.
