In the programs provided in this section, if the CPU module is changed to STOP while each request is not yet complete, a
device used for the request or command, such as 'DataTransmissionCommand_S' (M10), may not be reset properly even
after the CPU module is changed to RUN again. To prevent this, change the CPU module state to STOP while a device of
request or command is off.
